Changes to HomeMed's Privacy Policy

We may make alterations or additions to this Policy from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Policy without your explicit consent, and we expect most such changes will be minor. Regardless, we will post any policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will also provide a more prominent notice.

We require that all of our customers agree to abide by our Privacy Policy as part of our terms of trade. This Policy also applies to users of our web site who are not customers of HomeMed.

What Information Do We Collect

HomeMed collects different information about you at different times. There are two broad categories of information which we may collect from you:

In addition to the information you specifically provide, the HomeMed website employs software to collect information about the number of visitors coming to the site. No personally-identifying information is collected by this software. The software records the IP address of the visitor only. We use this information to optimize our goods and services (including our webpages) for your computer, to improve HomeMed's technical structure and performance, and to determine which areas of our website are the most popular with our customers.

When you visit HomeMed, we send one or more ’cookies’ (a small file containing a string of characters) to your computer. Cookies are pieces of information that a website transfers to an individual's computer in order to allow that website to store information about user preferences. Cookies are used to collect "session ID's". Most internet browsers are initially set up to accept cookies, but you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However you may find that this reduces the functionality of this site.
