Ryan O'Rourke
HomeMed President
Ryan is an integral part of HomeMed's success, having developed the company's main business model over a number of years. Ryan graduated from Indiana University with degrees in Business and Management, and entered the pharmaceutical industry about five years ago in a business development role.
Katie Martin
Pharmacist-in-Charge
Katie earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2001 from Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana. Since then, she has practiced pharmacy in a wide range of fields, including community retail, long-term care, consulting, mail-order, and veterinary. Her duties at HomeMed include supervising a team of experienced pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, and ensuring the pharmacy's compliance with all state and federal laws. She resides in Carmel, Indiana with her husband, two children, and their dog, Java.
Jennifer Hegeduis
Senior Pharmacist
Jennifer graduated from Purdue University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and has since worked in several fields of pharmacy.After spending three years with Walmart Pharmacy, she took advantage of an opportunity to work with Bloomington Home Health Hospital providing pharmaceutical care to patients residing in their homes. She joined HomeMed Pharmacy in 2005 gaining experience in long-term care and veterinary pharmacy. She currently resides in Zionsville, Indiana with her husband, three children, and two dogs.
Michelle Casto-Litton
Senior Pharmacist
Michelle graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. She has over ten years of experience in many fields of pharmacy. After graduating, she began her career in retail and has been employed by Rite-Aid, CVS, and Stultz Pharmacy. She began working for HomeMed Pharmacy in 2005, where she gained experience in long-term care and veterinary pharmacy. Michelle is married with two children and one dog and resides in Carmel, Indiana.
Mark Highbaugh
Chief PharmacyTechnician
Mark is HomeMed's chief licensed technician and has more than five years of experience in the pharmacy industry. In addition to his responsibilities in Rx-dispensing, Mark is in charge of managing OTC and general health care fulfillment, and HomeMed pharmacy's inventory system.
